Fjord Paris

As a Service and Interaction designer at Fjord Paris, I've been working on a wild range of topics and theirs major stakeholders, such as public services, transportations, sustainable energies, bank, insurance, luxury, and medias. Within the international teams, I was involved in each steps of the project: user research, workshops facilitation, user scenario and service vision, prototyping, interviews and user tests, documentation and accompaniment for development. Fjord is a global design and innovation consultancy, and is part of Accenture Interactive.
